Those who complete ACJI’s Implementation Leadership Academy are invited to the follow-up course, Implementation Leadership Academy 2.0. Or as we like to call it – ILA 2.0!

In the first Academy, you receive a broad overview of Implementation Science and the leadership principles that support sustainable organizational change. In ILA 2.0, you will engage in a similar format (eight weeks, multimodal learning opportunities, online, collaborative), but the content is more advanced and tailored to break down adaptive challenges.

By participating you’ll receive:

• A 1:1 coaching session where you can go deeper into your leadership strengths and opportunities
• Weekly, reflective 1:1 journaling with an ACJI coach
• Tools and strategies for becoming a fully-adaptive organizational leader
• Opportunities to engage with leaders from across the country in similar positions
• Time to practice ACJI’s 10 Essential Principles of Implementation Leadership
