LEADING THE POWER OF ATOMIC CULTURE CHANGE
Each week includes approximately three hours of live and self-paced work, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging learning experience. ACJI Academies use a mixed-method learning approach to enhance understanding and application of the material. Participants will engage in:
- Didactic instruction on effective practices
- Live group dialogue with peers to deepen insights
- Practical exercises and hands-on activities to apply learned concepts
- ACJI-designed tools for application to common challenges experienced in organizational settings
In the Culture Academy, participants will also receive individualized plans with feedback for leaders to address and take action on culture challenges at a team level.
With ACJI, you have the choice between attending a public Academy or a private Academy. Each type has its advantages. Call us at (720) 255-1270 to discuss how a private Academy could work for your organization.

Human service systems are undergoing a persistent and grueling era of change, with leaders and staff managing multiple, often competing initiatives. Parallel changes are occurring in law enforcement, corrections, behavioral health, and other related fields. While implementing new programs, policy, evidence-based practices, and other organizational changes to achieve better results, organizations face real-world challenges that can hinder measurable, lasting change. Some of the dynamics from this environment can actually harm rather than facilitate healthy change. All the while, your organization drifts further from a healthy culture that supports its staff and the people it serves.
To learn about positive culture change is to equip stakeholders to achieve their goals, all the while creating positive and rewarding environments. With ACJI’s advanced Culture Academy, you will go beyond the basics of understanding why organizational culture change is necessary and dive deep into
- Finding alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and values, ensuring a consistent and unified approach to leadership
- Fostering an environment where innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being thrive
- Taking a proactive approach to enhance productivity and morale, help attract and retain top talent, and build a resilient, adaptable workforce
Ultimately, a Culture Academy ensures that your organization remains competitive and capable of navigating future challenges with a strong, cohesive team.

Yes! If you are interested in the public Academy, we recommend you bring at least one other person from your organization who can help you apply the concepts to your work. Many organizations send groups of five participants at a time.
If there are more than ten people interested in the Academy from your organization, consider a Private Academy.
Both the public and private Academies have their advantages. Call us at 720-255-1270 to discuss which one is right for you and your organization.
We highly recommend you complete the intro Implementation Leadership Academy before participating in 102 or the Culture Academy. The intro Academy will give you an understanding of the foundational principles, while in the advanced Academies, you will dive deeper and put principles into practice.
Please contact us if you’d like to discuss more. 720-255-1270
No, but if you can’t make the Academy you signed up for, we can hold your spot in a future one.
About two weeks before the Academy begins, all registered participants will receive an email with a link to a welcome survey and instructions for accessing the online classroom and connecting to the live sessions via Zoom.
Live sessions are not recorded. You will have full access to all of the supplementary static videos and can watch those as many times as you like.
Participants who attend the required number of sessions will receive a certificate of completion in the mail about a month after the Academy ends. For eight week Academies, you must attend six sessions. For our ten week Academy, you must attend seven sessions.
