BUILD YOUR LEADERSHIP BENCH
NOVEMBER 3, 2025 – JANUARY 19, 2026
Our NEW Culture Academy is a 10-week interactive, online course on organizational culture change.
Led by ACJI Director Glenn Tapia, participants will learn to apply tools and knowledge for identifying and addressing organizational culture.
- Take time to shift your mindset and elevate this important work
- Receive one-on-one support from ACJI facilitators and coaches
- Learn alongside others working in community reentry and criminal justice fields; share and address your culture-change issues together
Each week will have one new element set in real-world contexts. Includes self-paced learning as well as live learning sessions.
The Culture Academy is an advanced Academy. It is recommended that all participants complete our introductory Implementation Leadership Academy first. Ask us about hosting your own private Culture Academy during a time that works for your organization.

In this advanced Academy, you will engage in a similar format as the Implementation Leadership Academy (10 weeks, virtual, multimodal learning, and collaborative), but the content is tailored to address organizational culture.
While you will be able to complete the webinars and homework activities during times that work best for you, make sure to check out the schedule for the 90-minute live Zoom sessions and mark these dates/times on your calendar! Live sessions are interactive with a focus on discussion with your cohort members and the ACJI team.
Two weeks prior to the first live session, registered participants will receive an email from ACJI staff with the credentials to log in to the virtual platform. Please note that purchases are non-refundable, but if a situation arises where you are unable to attend on these dates, you can attend a future class.
