CUSTOMIZATION

Those who choose Enterprise Access have the option to customize each video and handout with their organization’s logo, name, and welcome message.  This is an opportunity to speak directly to your audience whether you are in the room or not.

BROADCASTING

Most often, Learn@Work videos are viewed indepedently from a device, but they can also be broadcast in meetings, waiting areas, lunchrooms, or at the start of a program.  With the Basic and Enterprise Access Levels, you have unlimited licenses and are welcome to broadcast the videos within your organization.

 

FACILITATION

Any video can serve as a team building tool or a simple conversation starter in a staff meeting, training session, and even onboarding.  Enterprise Access includes one lunch ‘n learn facilitation by an ACJI staff member. Ask us about additional facilitation options, too.

Who Are The Videos For?

Each track has a different audience. Self Care@Work is designed for those who work in high burnout fields, usually those working to serve other people. However, who doesn’t need self care and antidotes to burnout? We recommend this series for clients, too. Innovate@Work is designed for case managers and officers that are helping support individuals. Lead@Work is targeted toward supervisors and leaders and provides new skills and tools that can be used to develop staff and implement new practices and processes.

Is The Info Presented Evidence-Based?

Each of the microtechniques introduced in a video is evidence-informed. The information and tools included as part of Learn@Work are pulled from science and insights in many different fields including psychology, social work, behavioral science, and the business world.

How Are Justice Organizations Using Learn@Work?

You can incorporate the Learn@Work videos into your workplace in a number of ways. For example, many agency leaders share one video a month (or quarter) with their staff in advance of a group meeting. Then, during the meeting, the group discusses impressions and takeaways of the microtechnique. You could also use Learn@Work videos as part of onboarding, in-person or online trainings, and broadcast in waiting or breakrooms. Additionally, it’s our goal to offer appropriate videos for those who are justice-involved in jails, prisons, and reentry organizations.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

If you are purchasing one of the three Ad Hoc videos for sale in the Learning Lab, we accept any credit card through the online system. 

If your organization requires an invoice or prefers to pay by check, please contact us.

How Many Licenses Are Included?

Any ad hoc video you purchase, including those currently available in the Learning Lab, include one license only. Videos purchased through the Basic and Enterprise Levels include unlimited licenses that never expire. That’s right. You are welcome to broadcast and/or distribute the videos how you see fit within your organization. We just ask that you don’t publish any video on a public-facing website.

Do You Offer Any Coupons Or Special Discounts?
