Dr. Kally Enright is a data-driven strategist and co-founder of Strategy and Evaluation, LLC. With a Ph.D. in Psychology and Social Behavior and extensive experience as a trial consultant, Kally brings deep insights into human behavior and system-level change. At ACJI, she supports agencies in designing and evaluating programs that produce measurable results and lasting impact.
She has designed and implemented programs which have allowed local jurisdictions to avoid millions of dollars annually in unnecessary law enforcement and justice system operating costs. The author of several local governments’ evidence-based decision-making processes, Dr. Enright is an expert in the practical application of academic theory.
